After thinking about it again, I would think the quarter guys should look at this. Not sure it is a crack.
I would suggest a die gouge,
as it did NOT have the look of a crack. Since, it is on several coins,
it is in the die, for sure, but not certain it is a crack, gouge, or
what it is.
