4 volume set of the Harry Bass Jr collection sold by Bowers and Merena, 1999-2000. All catalogs show some light problems but are near mint, no PR. Set of 4 for $125. Now reduced to $95.
3 volume set of the Norweb collection sold by Bowers and Merena, 1987-88. First two volumes with PR. All 3 show use and there are notes on individual lots made by Russ at the sale. Set of 3 for $100. Now reduced to $75.
Lot of 3 items for the Eliasberg collection! First, a prepublication copy of part of the catalog that Russ reviewed. A hardbound copy of Louis E Eliasberg, Sr, King of Coins by QDB signed to Russ. Lastly a Hardbound copy of the sale with the autographed bookplate numbered 112. The books are near mint and there are Logan Tipins. The lot for $150. Now reduced to $100.
Early US Dimes, was $250, now $200. Further reduced to $125.
Bowers on Commemorative half dollars, was $40, now $35. Further reduced to $25.
Pollock on Patterns, was $50, now $40. Further reduced to $30.
The History of US Coinage As Illustrated by the Garrett Collection by Q. David Bowers. Another nearly Mint book. $45. Reduced to $25.
Second edition of Bolender's work on the Bust Dollars. The back cover was set on something sticky at one time that removed a few SMALL pieces of the binding. Otherwise, this is a really nice condition book. $50. Now also includes a spiral bound working copy. Reduced to $30.
Two FIRST EDITION ERROR copies of The United States Early Silver Dollars by Jules Reiver. These very scarce first editions are full of errors and the printing was stopped after a portion of the run was completed. The copies remaining at Krause were destroyed and a second edition with corrections was prepared. The corrected edition has second printing on the title page. These are both in excellent condition. One is autographed by Jules dated 3/3/1999.
The unautographed copy is $75. The autographed copy is $100.

Silver Dollars and Trade Dollars of the US, A Complete Encyclopedia by Q. David Bowers. The two volume hardbound set #13/500 with autographed bookplate in the first volume. Complete with Russ Tipins. The set shows some wear. $300.
US Large Cents 2 Volume Hardbound set by Bill Noyes covering 1793-1839. Couple small dings but still very nice. $250.

The John Jay Pittman two volume hardbound auction catalogs by David Akers with signed bookplate #67/250. Near mint condition with PRL's included $300.
Bust Half Dollar Bibliomania, the limited hardbound edition. A listing of the books and auction catalogs important to the collectors of Capped Bust Half Dollars. The author is a fringe element of the collecting community who thinks he knows something about the halves. The work includes Ivan Leaman and Don Gunnet's study of the emission sequence of the CBH's based on their edge studies. Compiled by Brad Karoleff in 1996. There were 25 hardbound copies done by Alan Grace but the author was to naive to number them. $200.
The Ultimate Guide to Attributing Bust Half Dollars by Glenn R. Peterson, MD. This is the Limited Edition Presentation Edition #5/6 given to Russ by Glenn. It is leather bound in black pebbled leather with French endpapers and includes a signature page, Russ' name is embossed at the bottom right of the cover. There is a space in the cover for the insertion of a CBH by the owner which Russ never did. This presentation copy is beautiful and in mint condition. $750.
